PayPal is an awesome way to collect money from your clients. It is a
free account, charging you for fees only when someone purchases from a
credit card. Click here to learn more. TraxTime is a product for any contractor that needs to keep track of time for multiple projects. The great thing about this piece of software is that once you punch-in, you can minimize it in the toolbar below. Whenever you need to switch from one project to another, you can do it from the toolbar instead of bringing up the whole program again. I looked at several different "punch clock" software, and this one was my favorite (even Jerome approved!). Go to the bottom of the page to download the free trial version. http://www.spudcity.com/traxtime/traxtime.htm myHours.com This is a great online time tracking software. It is great for the VA or client that will be working with several contractors. It has tons of great features and is free at the time of this review. It allows you to connect to all of your contractors/subcontractors accounts and when they enter time, it automatically shows up in your account. Free subscription and you can get other technical wizards to help you with problems you are having with software programs. Since I love Microsoft, I visit this strand the most. Do remember, that this site works based on members helping members, so try to offer your expertise from time to time!
