Failure is NOT an Option E-book

For more info click here!

"I wish I'd had this book when starting my business! I have read many books on the topic of starting a Virtual Assistant business over the years and can honestly say "Failure Is Not An Option" is the most comprehensive handbook I've seen. Patty walks you through every aspect of setting up and starting your VA business, including examples and templates of important forms and documents. Throughout the book, concrete examples make it easier to adapt the advice to your own situation. If you set up your business as you work through the book, you will have a solid business model and a jump-start on landing your first client by the end. If you're serious about starting a Virtual Assistant business, you need to get this book! It's an investment you won't regret."

Failure is NOT an Option
Beginner's Group Coaching Program

Our Beginner's group coaching program is the program that JERPAT Training & Coaching was built upon.  It has helped over 30 students (as of 2007) successfully build their businesses

JERPAT Training & Coaching’s program is unique from many other programs in that we have distinctive techniques to create a well rounded, informed, prepared VA, developed by a former teacher. By the end of the 3 month program, you will leave with your paperwork established, a website created, and a beginning marketing plan. You will also have a grasp of working with clients and building a relationship.

Why coaching?
Would you go up to the starting line of a marathon without any preparation, without any planning, and wearing the wrong clothing? Of course not! To be successful in a marathon, you have to train, wear the right running clothes and shoes and plan ahead for how it will affect your life. Preparation should also be taken when setting up your business.

A good coach not only helps you set up your business, but will also be there for you once everything is set up to make sure you stay on track. S/he will be there to help you when you get discouraged and listen to all of your triumphs. A good coach will also turn into a good friend, a good counselor, a mentor and more. JTC coaches commit to all this and MORE!  Click here for an article that explores the importance of coaching more in depth.

What's involved in the coaching program?
Direct Coaching Calls-These calls are the teaching moments of the program. They are structured calls led by the head coach on a specific topic, with homework based on what was learned in the call. Every homework assignment focuses on setting up your business.  Through this program, you will receive a copy of an actual coaching session plus a transcribed document.

Discussion Group-Weekly calls that are student led.  Ask your questions, share your growing pains, and more during this call!

Trade Hours-To help you develop your business relationships and experience “real” virtual assistance projects. It allows for you to learn hands-on about building a relationship with a client and learn how to handle any issues that may arise with the guidance and support of your coach.

“Failure is NOT an Option” e-book-This e-book was written by founding coach, Patty Benton, and is the guide for the program. You will work through the book with the guidance of your coaches, gaining knowledge that is based on actual experiences.
